For more than 20 years, Insight Systems has designed and developed
Billing and Customer Care Solutions for major communications providers. Clients include Polycom, EarthLink, InterCall, Sprint, and Porsche Cars of North America.

With the ZyrOSS product line, Insight Systems is leveraging its vast custom-development experience to produce packaged OSS (operations support systems) solutions for providers of conferencing, ISP, and ASP services.

Insight had already begun planning and designing the integrated suite of ZyrOSS tools when Polycom approached the company about providing a data collector to support Polycom MCUs. Insight decided to make this tool the first in the ZyrOSS suite of solutions. Future ZyrOSS products will support other brand-name audio and video bridges.
