The "Configure an Output -- Field Sequence" page allows you to edit the field order. To move a field, simply select it and use the Up and Down arrow buttons to change its position in the output file.
If "Concatenated Records" is specified as the format, you will see one box with fields from all selected data levels. Otherwise, you'll see a separate box for each level. (For information on selecting format options, see Selecting an Output Format.)
