Overview: Standard Reporting

Types of Reports

The Reports option (main navigation menu) offers eleven standard reports:

All reports allow for the drill down of conference and participant data. At the most detailed level, shows the types of data related to each participant's connection, such as Transport Type, Connect Time, Disconnect Time. For more information, see Browsing Conference Details

Reports allow for the Conference Start Times to be reported in any Time Zone.

Interactive Conference Viewer

Lists conferences with Conference ID, Conference Name, Actual Start Date, and Number of Participants.

Conference Summary Report*

Lists conferences with Reserved/Actual Start Date, Duration, Conference Remarks,Billing Code, End Cause, Type, Transfer Rate, and Number of Participants.

Participant Summary Report*

Lists conferences much like the Conference Summary Report but includes Participant Names.

Conference Rating Report*

Allows simple rating rules to be applied to conferences. Lists conferences with calculated prices or costs.

  Connection Attempts Report*

 Provides a list of conferences with the minimum, maximum, and average number of connections per     participant.

  Disconnection Errors Report*

 Provides a list of conferences with participant disconnection errors.

  Participant Conferences Report*

Provides a list of conferences grouped by participant name.

Conference Statistics Report*

Provides cumulative usage reporting by day, week, or month.

Meeting Room Statistics Report*

Provides a list of the number of conferences and the actual start time of the latest conference of each MGC conference meeting room template.

Time of Day Usage Report*

Provides a list of the number of conferences, participants, and port in active use based on a selected time interval through the day. The report default option is to report each date separately. The report options ''Report Maximum Daily Value' and 'Report Averagexe Daily Value' will report the maximum or average value for each time interval, over multiple days

Conference Usage Graph

Produces a line graph, showing the total  number of conferences, participants, and connections for each day

Time of Day Usage Graph

Produces a line graph, showing the number of conferences, participants, and connections by day across time. NOTE:If multiple days are selected in the date range, that graph will plot either the maximum or average value for each minute.

Standard Reporting vs. Output Configuration

The standard reports are useful for a variety of tasks. You may, however, need greater control over data format so that you can feed the data into complex systems for billing, cost accounting, capacity management, or other business functions.
